Privacy policy
Last updated 2 November 2026
This policy explains what Juno ("we") collects when you use the Juno apps and website at junoteam.app, how it is used, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and sign-in credentials.
- What you share with your agents: messages, files, notes, goals and the results your agents produce.
- Data from apps you connect: when you connect a service such as Google (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Tasks, Contacts, YouTube) or Microsoft, we store the access tokens that service issues and read or change data in it only when one of your agents does something you asked for.
- Device data you allow: on iPhone, only what you turn on in iPhone access (for example calendar, reminders, location or health), and only when an agent needs it for your request.
- Technical data: logs needed to run and secure the service, such as request times and errors.
How we use it
- To run your agents and do what you ask them to do.
- To keep the service secure, fix problems and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use your data to train AI models.
Google user data
Juno's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data from your Google account is used only to provide the features you use in Juno, is not transferred to others except as needed to provide those features (such as the AI model provider processing your request), for security, or as required by law, and is never used for advertising or read by people unless you ask us to (for example for support) or the law requires it.
Who processes your data
- AI model providers: the text your agents work with is sent to the model provider configured for your account (for example your own API key or ChatGPT sign-in) to generate replies.
- Hosting: our servers, the cloud computers your agents use (E2B), and network services (Cloudflare).
- Services you connect: data goes to a connected service (for example Google or a chat app) only when you or your agent act there.
Keeping and deleting data
Your data is kept while your account is active. You can delete an agent, a chat or your whole account in the app; deleted data is removed from our systems. You can disconnect any app at any time, which deletes its tokens. You can also revoke Juno's access to your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections, and tokens for connected services are stored encrypted. No system is perfectly secure; tell us if you find a problem.
Children
Juno is not for children under 13.
